I am currently using both wax heaters. The Neuron wax heater is heating up quickly compared to the Pro Max heater. And the meaning of 10 to 20 minutes depends on which wax you are heating in the heater and how much wax quantity you have.....

Tips- 1)small patch me wax lagana taki remove karte waqt skin na khiche.
2) jaldi jaldi karne ki koshish mat karna starting me ....👍 Take proper time.

1) jaha apko wax karna waha wet tissue se proper clean kar lo.
Honey wax use kar rahe ho to body shop se wash karna jaruri hai tabhi hair remove honge.
2) agar in grown ki problem hoti hai.... Us wajah se hair remove nai ho rahe to.... Wax wale din se 1,2 din pehle tak scrub kar liya karo.
3) or room temperature achha thanda ho .... Usse bhi kafi fark kar jata hai.

The video explanation is good but this heater does not work properly. Even after 45 mins of heating the max did not melt to the right consistency. I have the same rica wax box. I didnt put the wax tin directly in the heater warna do din mai bhi nhi hota melt.
