One aldehyde molecule has no hydrogen bonding with other aldehyde molecule bcoz, in aldehyde molecules the Hydrogen present has no charge on it... So H bonding is not possible bw two aldehyde molecules... But H bonding is possible bw one lower aldehyde and the other water molecule because in water H has a partial positive charge on it
