This is a rather SIMPLE case. The child must be allowed to stay with each parent for 6 months. Since both parents are married to different people and have similar financial strengths the child will not necessarily benefit staying with just a particular parent. A split custody arrangement prevents the mother from caring for the child alone and also restores the father’s parental rights to his child. A child is a blessing and must not be used as a tool to extort or harass.

How do you divide equally. The schooling and finance of course. If the woman is capable then she keeps the boy and then the boy goes to the dad during school breaks. The should send money and check on his son regularly
