Not to mention that dev teams are ultimately at the whim of the executives and their decisions. Also some fixes take longer than others. Its fun to get riled up against a company for overworking their employees but when it's your game not getting patches in time the community acts like slave drivers
I played in gold for like the past 2 -3 seasons and it’s absolutely as brain dead as you saw in round 1. Came plat3 this season and it’s like every gold who figured out how to spam LMGs is now Plat 3.

The hibana not getting hatches was bad enough but then Nomad in the 8th round literally could’ve airjabbed the rotates and flank then one plants. One watches maestro cam and the other watches rotate angle I was so frustrated watching that round
they realized it's you went to your stream saw you talking shit about them quickly subbed and gained a game knowledge and awareness as soon as they subbed

As for the apex/seige dev team debate, I honestly think people just like to complain. Can the studios do better? Yes. But even in games like Hunt Showdown where there is constant feedback from the developers and quick fixes to bad metas and bugs we still get people who complain about how little the devs care. It’s hilarious
