Before this video I had only found $1 street food, Indian street food and overall arab food In Dubai, but with the help of my friend Peyman Al Awadhi we discovered rare traditional Emirati food!

That's the reality of rich arab gulf countries, the natives are way too few and overpopulated by immigrants to do 100% of blue collar jobs and about 40% of white collar jobs. The natives eat traditional food in their homes everyday but very very rarely open restaurants or become chefs.

You really need to try something called " Parata CHIPS OMAN" with cheese and a hot sauce. I promise you it will be a life time. It our snacks when we go to the dessert.
