I think most 30 yr olds look 18 unless they looked 12 when they were 18 😂 The difference is in the skin quality- usually the sun and alcohol abuse start showing at some point.. Without that there isn't actual aging, just "wear and tear" as my friend calls it! Therefore we solely need her skin care, sun protection and diet tips routine rather than anything to do with make up!

You see, I used to play a computer game where my character would suddenly grow old at age 45. Although extreme I was curious as to whether there was some science behind that so I googled and read lots of reputable researches. Apparently the cells themselves start showing signs of decline in the 40s. Any minor wrinkles before that are usually stress, dehydration, excessive sun, alcohol and other substances abuse, smoking (active And passive) and excessive grimacing! These are the reasons why sometimes even children have "expression wrinkles" that can later become more prominent. If the lifestyle doesn't change and without treatment, the body cant produce enough collagen in time to keep repairing the skin so the wrinkles remain and actually visibly "spread". In our 40s the body starts slowing down a bit so there is less collagen and less repairing ability. However, it's up to us and our lifestyle whether we still look young and fresh as in our 20s-30s or we look older and tired due to our lifestyle.
Ava Khan real ones are around 40$ or but hands are free! And no proof jade rollers actually do anything but loads of science that hands on massage is beneficial for facial muscles and circulation 🌸

When you wash your face in the shower, you're using really hot water on your face but you're not realizing it because your body is used to the hot water and your face can't tell whether it's too hot or not
