Thanks Bob -- I'm definitely going to try this method out when I have time. Of all of the videos I have watched on this topic, this really looks to be the easiest way that I have seen to create a LORA for flux.
I found that the LoRA file management in TensorArt is much more visually appealing, as it shows us versions of epoch preview stages to choose from, and afterward, thumbnails for each custom-trained LoRA. This way, I won't get confused about which is which every time I need to use them, making it easier to identify them
Hi Bob - love and appreciate your content. Not quite as up with the latest tools as you and would appreciate some pointers. I can't sing at all - really! - but I can talk 😊 Is there a way to convert my speaking voice into a singing voice I could use with a MIDI file, entering lyrics etc? You're the man 👍
Great work Bob...i have 3 questions, I'm a beginner 😅 1- can we use multiple Lara in the same prompt picture? 2- if we create our Lora files on Mimic, all these Lora files we just created can we use them later on our personal machine if we have flux... and do we have to use the exact model we create them with, like pro or dev....or we could use any flux models? 3- is Mimic timer always going down, Is there a way to pause it? or we must create as soon as possible during this unstoppable 30min? Thanks great videos keep up the great works! 🎉❤
Hi @Miketrion , I have some answers for question. 1: I know that is possible in automatic1111 web ui forge in MimicPC here is a tutorial but is in spanish th-cam.com/video/Ra2-cR1BGpg/w-d-xo.html , 2 : yes you can the use the Lora created, locally, about to use other models , I'm not sure, but I'm interested also in the answer 3: Yes , there is not a pause button nor a way to do it, but you can autoincrement at the moment of deploy the server, obviously , it will cost more.
I enjoyed this video, but it caught my attention that you trained locally, Bob! can you please explain how you did it? I've heard you can train for free and locally with Fluxgym and other tools. I'm running Comfy with a modified Flux Dev Q8 on a 16gb 4060, so I think it's possible, although it's not a super beefy setup. Edit: I was asking if it was sponsored, but after watching a 2nd time I had missed/scrubbed that in the beginning. Thanks for stating it out clearly. It still looks like a solid tool.
@@thyagofurtado yes I used FluxGym to train locally. I did it on my RTX 3090 and while it worked, it just took a really long time and really worked my machine. I’m using mimic for all my Loras because it’s just quick and easy.
Amazing, first time I have been able to train a Lora successfully, so easy! QQ, can you recommend a good Comfyui template on MImicPC, looking Flux Dev, and it would be awesome if it had the new Controlnet Toolkit as well, but not necessary
@TomSmith-yh9ju , It is Automatic1111 web ui Forge, just renamed, let me explain that : as you can see it has the same icon. Once you deploy automatic111 web ui Forge instance you can create all the steps in the video , once you close it , it will appear as a new app in your account, and you can change the name in this case he chaged to ForgeFlux
I've started to distrust and ignore the whole "How to Easily Do A Thing on Flux" TH-cam ecosystem because it's all content that just happens to be sponsored by the thing that makes it easy.
I totally get what you are saying. This channel is a bit late to the party, however goes down the same path as other AI inspired channels....promoting third party subscription tools that combined would cost a ton. This channel now basically releases a video per day, i.e. hardcore grifting under the disguise of "education". Sad...and doubtful trying to convince yet more (young) people to dish out a certain amount of money for subscription number 10.
@@MrDutch1968 guys, cut me a little slack here. To be able to do this full-time I have to generate revenue. So as this channel gains momentum, there will be sponsored videos from time to time. However, these are tools that I use, and I feel have value for the community. And I do my best to balance out sponsored and non-sponsored videos as much as I can. This relationship with mimicPC helps our channel a lot, and it’s a service that absolutely will help lots of people. I appreciate you watching and I hope that you will continue to do so, as we grow to a point where these types of videos won’t have to be quite so frequent. It’s all just part of following the dream. I gotta generate revenue from somewhere. Plus, this is truly a dropdead simple way to create a Lora. Otherwise I would never have said that in my title.
@@LarryPJ by the way, you might just check it out for yourself to see how easy it is. I wouldn’t say it was easy if it wasn’t. I cater most of my videos to people who have beginner to intermediate knowledge and I’m always looking for ways to make things easier for folks and this was the easiest Lora I ever created bar none. So none of this is disingenuous in anyway.
@@AdamRio-tq7wo AI tool kit is open source, but to run it on mimicPC requires that you have a mimicPC account and just pay for the time that you’re using the machine. About a dollar an hour. If you have a strong enough machine, you can run it locally. Free.

This worked great for a FLUX Lora. Where would you go for a SDXL Lora?
Any benefit in add some captions for the pictures?
How would a workflow look like in comfy ui with a product and (consistent) model lora?
The forgeflux model is not anymore on MinicPC ;-( , How can we add this model into MinicPC? because the video now has no point any more.
I signed up and logged into Mimicpc but I do not see Forgeflux... do we have to instal it ourselves?

@@BobDoyleMedia I agree 100% with Bob, this tutorial shows the easiest way to train a Lora at least as of today on youtube.
I don’t mind promotion when the product is good, and Mimic is ace. I couldn’t do half the things I do without it and I doubt I’m the only one 👌
Can you do other things like use the other apps while the lora is training?
Can you ask the Mimicpc folks how to do a style Lora?
Is it possible to train SDXL and SD1.5?
Thanks for the tutorial, but you can use two Lora and make interact two characters
You pay in mimic and in forge?
@talesoftheheart8625 , you only pay for MimicPC , all the apps inside the server are opensource , so no additional cost involved.
Do they have an api?
Flux Fine Tuning better than Lora Training dude. go with it. so much bleeding on lora
This is free or no
