He sounds lovely, but it's hard to see how, his bow is all over the fingerboard. Even worse than me! But I guess there are many different techniques...
Ann Sieber He’s varying the location of the bow, to create different colors and sounds. He does it extremely well, in my opinion, it gives the piece life.
@@estefanperez9045 Thank you - I've learned something. It looks to me like his bow is slipping and sliding all over the fingerboard, but thinking of it as a controlled method, it is remarkable. I appreciate your reply.
I’ve played cello for 20+ years. His method is controlled and deliberate. The sound he produces is superb

Извините, конечно, но Вам не кажется, что игра уж слишком поверхностная? Это же Чайковский! Глубже надо брать, а не просто смычком водить, да к тому же ещё и в своей какой - то особо модной, так сказать, интерпретации. Это классика. И исполнять её подобает по канонам классической музыки, а не современной эстрады. Думайте, что делаете. Не надо засорять музыкальное искусство!
Нет, не кажется. Хотите послушать "по канонам" купите себе магнитофон и крутите одну и ту же запись "правильную" по-вашему. Артист существует для того чтобы дать произведению свой оттенок
