Since the Story was a Cross of the warriors and after hours i think the plot would have been about the main character (possible named Metro) on the run after being framed for a crime he didn't comit using his instincts around new York to travel to around the city as he tries to find the real colpret and provide that he's innocent.

Planes movies failed, DisneyToon Studios Shut down plus having a movie about a Train being a main character is not a good idea because trains can’t move freely because they are directed on rails to go where they need to go compared to Cars, Planes, Boats, Trucks, etc!
