    Stay strong to who ever is reading this, life may not be at it’s best right now but have faith. God has a plan for you. You have to keep fighting. Everyday is a new day. You’re not alone you may feel alone, sad, depressed, anxious but remember god has you. Have faith, believe. Whatever you go through you get through. You are loved I care about you. I am proud of you. I believe in you. Everything is temporary emotions, thoughts, people, scenery. Do not become attached, just flow with it. Whenever you feel like things are going bad think of positive things. Don’t let your thought get the best of you. You will get through this. Imagine yourself 5 years from now new places, new beginning, you’re going to be a new person, a new you. You’ll be able to say I did that! I can’t believe I was going to miss out on all this. Life is soo beautiful and precious. Just know that god and I love you. Things may not always be easy but sometimes we need to face challenges to see how strong we really are. Live in the moment live every second, enjoy it. It’s okay. Sit with your depression,anxiety, talk to it, feel it. But you gotta get right back up and keep pushing. Your thoughts can be your worst enemy but remember who you are. I promise you things get better we’re young we still have a long way to go. Only you can help yourself. Don’t depend on others. Tell yourself that you are proud, that you love yourself, that you did it! Years from now think back this moment and smile and tell yourself I did it !

    Ya know the worst part about having anxiety is acting strong when you feel Soo weak,and ignoring everybody when it feels like the whole world is staring at you and waiting for you to mess up

    Listen to this and read a book. It gets your minds of things and makes you more calm. I try and read a book to distract myself from my screen once in a while. It gets toxic and I know I want to start cutting. So try and cut things off once in a while. Have a little you time. Be at peace with yourself. Feel calm and relaxed. It’s going to be okay. Your going to be okay. Everything is alright. Breathe. Know your surroundings. Be with people you trust. Just get your mind off of things. I know it hurts but keep pushing. There’s a light out of every tunnel. I love you. I don’t say that often and if you need to hear it, that’s even better. Keep pushing. Another day on earth is another day to keep in your journey. It’s going to get better. I promise. Right now all I can say is, get your mind off of it.

    I have major depression disorder.
    I feel sick continuously.
    I feel hopeless all the time.
    I cry a lot but try not to.
    I want to die.
    But I won’t hurt myself.
    I feel empty.
    I feel like the world is dragging me down.
    I feel like I am not good enough.
    This has been going on for a while now but has been getting worse everyday.
    Yes, I was diagnosed with it...
    But just being diagnosed does nothing but let myself know,
    I am sad for no reason...

      Im really sorry your going through this. You sound petty young. And todays society is a huge threat to young ppl. However, too, alot of your depression and anxiety can be caused from changes in your body or hormones. As well, you more than likely are having a rough time of it being your age too. I got bullied so much in school. The big shots tried to beat me up everyday. And when you get as old as i am, 63, (at leat women do) you go through hormonal changes again snd it can be worse especially living in this sick pedophilia world.
      But there is happiness to be found. We just have to search diligently and give it time.

    betterbullied every day at school which causes me to have anxiety and stress. This helps me calm down. I recently had an anxiety attack which caused me to feel like i can breathe and that im going the throw up non stop. My therapist told me to look up these types of videos and they've helped me calm down more. I uope to everyone who is suffering from anxiety, depression, or any other mental illness i hope you feel better.

    I have sedate phobia..And it’s troublesome for me to sleep at night..I get scared each night..I’m stressed out..don’t have much sleep..feel so hopeless..feel alone..feel like crying..Hopefully it could all disappear and then I don’t need to be afraid anymore..
    No one really understands me but it’s alright..I have my own problem to solve..I made the mistake I gotta fix it..
    Thanks for the calming music. It helps me relax from being afraid.

But thr beauty in it all is that everyone here is seeking to be better and finding a solution to better themselves not succumbing to that feeling of fear and negativity.     This music helps i was diagnosed with autism at 6 along with Adhd at 7 i was adopted i went through an abusive past my last memory i have is my biological mom saying bye to me in a parking lot things have not been the same 8 years ago my cousin got hit by a car and did not make it it's hard going through these feelings just keep strong

    😞 I’ve been waking up every day with the same dark & painful thoughts that my existence here is becoming more challenging.
    I’ve made several plans of how and when I may act upon these thoughts...
    But the ONE f***ing thing that stops me is imagining the people who care for me stood around my grave, or at my funeral, even if you feel that you only have a few people who care, I guarantee there are more than you envision who NEED you to be alive. ❤️❤️❤️
    If we can’t exist on this planet because it hurts us that much, think of all the pain emitted onto the ones around us when we decide to depart from our own darkness. I would rather survive in pain and confusion than EVER put that hurt onto anybody else :(
    I hope you find some light in your days. I hope you look back in a few months time and think
    “Wow, remember when I felt that low? Look at me now! I’m blossoming!” 😃

      I feel the same exact way ir feels like a never ending tunnel and ik you wanna give up and so do u but even though our minds are filled with these negative thoughts we have to listen to that one part that's telling us not to give up. You are loved. You are worth it. You are strong. And you are beautiful. Pls don't give up. I wanna take my life to I almost accomplished it yesterday but my sister stopped me. Ik you think no one will miss you but trust me a lot of ppl will nd pls don't commit suicide it isn't worth it I'm battling it to but we can't give up.     This helped, I broke my friends arm and I got really depressed for weeks because I thought it was my fault, because I was the one who lost control of my bike and hit hers, making her fall. Anyway I know it's not now because a few minutes after finishing this she came over and we talked and she told me it was an accident and not my fault.

    I do not feel good when I'm in school and after a while when I just did not go to school because I had too much anxiety, my parents stopped trying to get me there. Now I'm sitting here, glad I'm not in school but depressed because I have not talked to anyone other than my family for many months.

    Hello the person who is reading this🌸 i know your going throw a lot and i just want to let you know that your worth everything💕 don't listen to any bad things that ppl say🎀 so if i could help you!♡︎ i'm going to give u a few tips💞 get a blanket, your fave snacks🍡🧁🍰🍨🍫🍭🍬🍔🍟🍕🌭🥪🌮🌯🥙🥗🍿, get a paper, write all your worries to the paper🦋, soak it into water🚿, and throw the worries in the trash🗑️. Next go to your bed, sofa or anywhere you find comfy. Get the snacks and eat them while you think there is a huge door, your worries are a huge ball that you need to hold on your shoulders😤, and then you get tired of those wories, and decide to throw them to the huge door.⭐ Then you close it🌸 You feel as free as ever❣️

    I had a major mood swings due to my depression and this just really helped with it, I felt like I was about to have a major and possibly violent panic attack

    I've been depressed and filled with anxiety all of my life. When covid hit all of that grew in numbers. Destroy me and my bf relationship. And hurt myself multiple times. I'm very adhd, have a hard time focusing, can't sit still, and when you're trapped inside with your annoying farther it's hard to get any relation. I wanted to make this year be the year I'd finally get on a schedule and fix my problems, start eating healthy and working out again. But because of covid I can't since I'm jobless and barely have enough money to buy basic food just to get by. I'm one click away from going insane but these kind of songs help me out a lot. Hopefully whenever I can get a job again (or my channel starts making money) I can finally do what I've been wanting to do for a longtime.

    I am going through a very difficult irrational thoughts of having a heart attack or something bad.. i dont feel good even though i tried dancing and singing loud.. i feel like nothing is going help me recover what i am going through.. and my ex left me 8 years after he stayed with me.. i feel incomplete and feel i am worthless 😔.. i am listening to this music.. i dont know if i will be okay or not but my prayers are with all of you who are going through this difficult time..
