We joined up, fresh off our recent ultra races, for a few miles at my local trailhead in Northern Colorado. The shared miles were great and the conversation was even better. It was great! Wes is such a good guy. It was fun to show him our local Coyote Ridge trail. Too bad we didn't have time to show off Indian Summer too.

@@SeeChadRunthe Death Race has been a goal for a long time!! Signed up for it a bunch of years ago with 2 couples. Unfortunately both couple broke up so my race plans evaporated. Funny / not funny. 😂😂
Besides, us 50 year olds have to stick together!
