Hyundai Ioniq 5 front door warning open

- I have this 2024 Hyundai ioniq 5, customer complain that front left door stays open even though the door is physicaly close and he mentioned too that when driving it suddenly engages to park. In this video I will be diagnosing why the instrument cluster showing an open door, which signal its getting it from and what component is the culprit. It's easier to explain it when you have the door still plugged in, with the key in hand. it's the front door latch. It comes as a whole unit not just actuator.
I'd love to learn this software and see what it can do, but I do t have an android tablet only an iPad
Factory ooerating software runs only on specifc samsung tablet, unless you are business and deals a lot of hyundai and genesis yeah its good to have factory scantool. Other than that there are great aftermarket scantool can do the job.
You guys are not using the new stui and gds smart yet?
The rest of the shop has the updated software, unfortunately my personal tablet cannot be updated (too old). Hahaha but for me still works perfectly compared to the new one, no disconnection issue.
Yeah i like the older software too. New one disconnects too much.
