I've been in a depressive rut, feeling like I'm running in circles, making progress on my mental health just to fall back to what feels the bottom again (only to discover there is a more rockier bottom, in the words of Bojack Horseman). I feel a change in myself and Ye makes me feel like I need to act on it. For the first time I can do it. I don't know shit right now, but I need to be okay with failure and not give a fuck about what people think about the way I act. I swear being vulnerable is a super power these days.
