this song is so underrated that it should deserve more views and its a really good song
I love the 90's ev songs, even though I loooove the new stuff. But the 90's stuff is just what gets me. I think the not so good quality is great too hahaha
It's the raw-ness of their material; you can actually imagine them creating it in their basement. And they were darker & more experimental which I loved. I like their new studio music a lot, but I miss the raw experimental music. Synthesis brings them back, in a way, to their experimental side, but I hope they embrace it some more on future albums. Twitvid "1.38" which was a demo they were playing with while creating what became their 3rd studio album had this classic dark, raw, sound and I so hoped it would be featured on "Evanescence" but, alas, it wasn't. Hope they return to it for album # 4.

So far I have not found a song that I don't like! This band is amazingly put together. From Amy Lee's voice to each instrument in play and the videos to them fit together so perfectly. Pure Art.

Man I want Origin soooo badly, but trying to find a copy online for a reasonable price is next to impossible!
Buy Lost Whispers - they remastered all their old albums & re-released them as a collection. I think Lost Whispers is also on iTunes now & not just released in vinyl. The stuff online is likely fake (I mean the albums online of their demos) but you can find all their demo songs & create your own "albums" song by song by downloading from Soundcloud, YT, and (at one point at least) Evanescence Reference had a mp3 listing of their pre-Fallen material (which is where I got all of mine from). I know it's not the same as holding the CD with its artwork in your hands but they only released 50 - 100 copies of their EPs and like 200-250 copies of Origin so the likelihood that the originals are floating around is slim, and if they are it's likely hundreds of dollars since they're so rare.
i have a copy around here somewhere that i bought from them at a gig in bryant in a church-type building thing. it may be broken though. D:
