Hi Deb! Cute top! I would wear the toile with denim. I think they would be great together. All the best with helping your parents out. It is a big job. We are experiencing a gorgeous autumn here. The leaves are displaying gorgeous colors and not in a hurry to fall off. When they do and the gray cold, snowy days set in, you just might inspire me to pick up my knitting needles after 30+ years 🤣 Bernadette
Thanks for your comments Bernadette. I hope you do get inspired to start knitting again. It is just so portable, take anywhere. Especially on trains and longer trips. Happy sewing
Beautiful blouse!! Always great seeing amazing things from just sheets always amazing transformations! It would go great with denim, I think that skirt looks beautiful with it xx well done
I love the blouse and the way it fits, but I would make it in a softer fabric to avoid the poofyness. I love your knitting project; the colour is stunning! The pattern is also knitted up, which is so lovely! the dress you are wearing fit you so well.
Hi Deb, would you wear your lovely Regalia Blouse with jeans? I think that would be cute. It would be nice under the denim jacket you are wearing too. I just love the purple of the jumper you are knitting, purple has to be my favorite colour. Good luck sorting out your oldies! See you again soon 👋
Thanks for taking the time to comment, always great to hear from you. Yes,, I think the Regalia Blouse will look good with jeans. I will bond with it and try it with different 'bottoms'.
Hi Deb. Your blouse when tucked in is gorgeous. Would you consider putting elastic at the waist and wearing it tucked in? I love how you say that you need to bond with your makes. I do too!
Oh yes, it is certainly important to bond with our makes. I find that it doesnt always click with it immediately, especially if I have had trouble with making it and made changes, or it has taken ages. Not sure I will put elastic in the midsection of the blouse, I can still tuck it in without it. Happy sewing
Lovely top Deb, your jumper is looking fantastic, what a gorgeous colour, looking forward to the finished garment, Deb
Thanks Deb. The jumper is going to look great when it is done. Bendigo Wool is so lovely

That Patons pattern book has some lovely patterned jumpers- yours looks great!

Your floral shirt has a tiny bit of blue. Have you tried matching it with a denim skirt or jeans?
Yes, it looks great with Denim for sure.
