Thanks for your video! My batteries, kinda went dead. They are Lithiums and one failed, so I'm guessing it's not enough volts, and I panicked because the key didn't work, but after watching your video they has to go the opposite direction of the lock handle, which makes it hard to open, but it does work. So *NOTE TO SELF* keep a spare key locked or hidden just incase you lose one, and your batteries fall. I also took down the talking point you mentioned on how to open with the key and put that note somewhere with the key. Thanks again, the unit is actually pretty good and good for holding Precious metals.

You hit it on the top while turning the handle and forget about codes and keys, because theyll take longer.
Terrible safe. All of these low end digital safes have the save vulnerability. If hitting on top doesn't work, hold it about 3 or 4 inches off the table and drop it while turning the handle.
