I know they needed money quickly to pay the smugglers, but imagine the show they could put together with all their talents? Dogs that do whatever you ask them to, a flying woman, a young girl with super strength, a man who can teleport...with the right manager, they'd be making money hand over fist! Also, at the end, they didn't need to break out of custody. With the grandpa still clearly alive, I think the judge would release them right away. After all, it would seem that they were trying to save their grandpa from the funeral director, rather than trying to steal his body!

Supernatural heists are always an extremely fun plot device since it truly depends on the powers you give the cast. Specific to this movie though... if someone wants to die, it is not kind or loving to force them to live, especially when they are so old that finding a better life is unlikely.
Super crooks is a great example, even tho idk why they needed the weather dude, instead of Johnny’s friend with Ice powers. Diversity I guess…. But this movie was kinda terribly executed and some powers made no sense. Like why was the daughter topless while walking down the stairs? Why does the mother gain super strength to lift a whole car while flying?

Having all of them is just kinda meh to me.

Honestly, the ending felt rather selfish. Boris just seems like the overall person taking too much control over everyone. Family this. Family that. Everyone wants their own separate goals and all he cares about is having them all together. I mean shit, they basically kept their grandpa captive since he's practically immortal! It was pretty clear everyone wanted to live their own lives (or end it), yet this movie was just taking it too hard on the words, "Family". Then again, I get that everyone is useless without their powers because of the required distance they need close enough for it to work, but perhaps these powers can just be a lesson learned in life? This is more like clinginess

In the second part of this movie, while they are on their way to Thailand, A huge storm appears. Their boat almost capsizes. all the containers fly all over the place. their container fell off the lot unto the boat. The doors breaks open. they all get out of it and see the storm getting worse and worse and that might all just die there. That is when the dude powers awaken. Seeing that his family are all ready to accept death. He starts cutting the ocean in half. all the huge waves get pushed away and open a way straight outta of of the storm. Truly an op power. You are right.
The guy with the water stream power could actually be really useful for the world but could also be dumb depending on how it works if it was just turning oils on the skin into water it wouldn't be that useful but still kinda cool BUT if it was water coming from nothing without having to turn it from any matter could be really useful for science!

Honestly, the ending felt rather selfish. Boris just seems like the overall person taking too much control over everyone. Family this. Family that. Everyone wants their own separate goals and all he cares about is having them all together. I mean shit, they basically kept their grandpa captive since he's practically immortal!
It was pretty clear everyone wanted to live their own lives (or end it), yet this movie was just taking it too hard on the words, "Family". Then again, I get that everyone is useless without their powers because of the required distance they need close enough for it to work, but perhaps these powers can just be a lesson learned in life? This is more like clinginess

Since his clothes and the money teleport with him, his the only power that can be directly transferred to others. He could have teleported everyone in and out just by holding hands.

In the second part of this movie, while they are on their way to Thailand, A huge storm appears.
Their boat almost capsizes. all the containers fly all over the place. their container fell off the lot unto the boat. The doors breaks open. they all get out of it and see the storm getting worse and worse and that might all just die there.
That is when the dude powers awaken. Seeing that his family are all ready to accept death. He starts cutting the ocean in half. all the huge waves get pushed away and open a way straight outta of of the storm.
Truly an op power.
