What I would’ve done was: They start the race, Titanic in first place because of its popularity, Olympic coming second due to its already existence, and Britannic last because it hadn’t been built yet. Titanic hits iceberg, and is knocked out of the race. Olympic comes in first, but the sub slows it down. Britannic gets hit by mine, sinks, and then the Olympic celebration and all, before it hits the Nantucket lightship and is scrapped. Basically, there is so much history behind the trio. You shouldn’t have had a winner

And lightnings competition storm takes the lead, much like brittanic. At the end of the movie storm suffers an engine explosion and lightning takes back the lead like Olympic, and like how brittanic hit a mine! A lot of similarities between them. But I do think Olympic should have slowed down when titanic hit the iceberg as Olympic did turn around during her voyage after getting an sos from titanic. She turned around in an attempt to save her sister.
