    🔥 Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you have a left handed version of this video? If you are left handed, you can convert ANY video on TH-cam yourself! Simply go to www.mirrorthevideo.com/ and follow the instructions to mirror flip any video to convert to left handed!
How much yarn will I need? This is a very tricky question to answer as there are so many variables! How much yarn you need will depend on which yarn you choose, the thickness of that yarn, your tension and how large you want your finished project to be. I suggest making a small sample first so you can gauge how much yarn you'll need. If making a crochet square, you can weigh your finished square to work out how much yarn it used!
How many squares do I need for a blanket? That all depends on the size of the square you are making and how big you want your finished blanket to be! I always advise making one square first then measuring the size of it. From there you can work out how many squares you will need to get the blanket size you want 😀
Do you have the written pattern? Yes! I have written patterns to accompany my video tutorials on my website here: www.hookedbyrobin.com The written pattern is generally released a week or so after the video tutorial to ensure there are no errors in the video itself and to make amendments in the written version if any are found. All the written patterns are FREE to access on my website
How can I print the pattern from your website? Do you have downloadable PDF's? Not at this time no. This may change in the future but for now, I only provide the written pattern directly on my website.
Can you remake this video so it is slower? If the video speed is too fast, you can slow it down! 😀 See this video on exactly how: • How to Adjust the Spee...
Why do you use American stitch terminology? I learnt using USA stitch terms, long before I even knew there was a difference between UK & US terminology! American terms are my "first language" so to speak. If you need a conversion chart, I have one here! www.hookedbyrobin.com/crochet...

I am glad I happened upon this pattern. The way you taught to finish off the opposite side… I never learned it that way and it makes sense to single slip stitch sc, st, sc, st
In the past I would try to do same count but the side would be longer and I would end up decreasing. I couldn’t figure it out.

Thank you so much for all the work it takes to bring these lovely videos. You really explain the stitches and go slow enuf to follow you!!! Haha… I’ve been crocheting since I was nearly a toddler. Before I went off to Kindergarten, for sure. My dear Grandmother taught me. She made sooo many pieces with the pineapple stitch, including a table cloth for her monster table I would say the size of a full size bed! She worked on that for years. She passed away about a week after JF Kennedy s assignation. I was like 5 or 6 years old… I think. Been a minute so can’t be sure… lol
Have a terrific week! I’m looking forward to your next video alreasy…

I love this new (to me) stitch! It's beautiful with the yarn you're using. Thank you so much for another detailed tutorial
.... That detail is really necessary with this stitch to make sure everything comes out nice and tidy! Also, thanks for showing us how to properly begin and end the project to avoid any flaring! You're the best teacher!! 🐦🐦🐦 (I know robins are red breasted; however, we'll just pretend this little bird has a red breast... She's the emoji I use to find your name in my Playlist!)

Thank you for sharing the name g this stitch! I kearned it a king time ago and I use it to make headbands, barrettes, and bookmarks as well as table runners with crochet thread so it is nice and fine. It is such a beautiful stitch! I have never tried it with variegated yarn though, that looks great!

This is a sophisticated stitch I will definitely have a go to learn it. When I don’t have a project in mind I just try to learn new stitches and then try to apply them. Can this stitch be done with the magic circle instead of a straight pattern?
