I never thought about salting by sprinkling the salt in the palm of my hand for an even seasoning. I usually just salt the rice either before I shape the onigiri or after but cause I forgot. 😅

Rice is more than 10 min 😂
You're right-cooking rice takes longer than 10 minutes. For this recipe, I use pre-cooked rice to keep the preparation under 10 minutes. 😊
