Oh wow, for some reason I thought Gil might straight up break up with us or at least get mad if we said no to having kids, but he's so sweet about it. He really deserves better writing for his character and romance arc for that alone.
His romance arc is so....badly written. There's like, no real progression, no leaving to get to know each other (poker doesn't fucking count), it just...happens. Plus, I'm relatively certain Scott and Gil haven't been together all that long at the time he asks him to co-father Jil's baby.
Reyes isn't much better. i mean the final scene is him asking if you want to fumble in a closet. Although the dance scene with the classical music is a nice touch. Though for Gil stuff also makes sense i guess. He's blunt and doesn't beat around a bush. He's been thinking about being Jill's donor for a while. So he wants to now if Ryder is in it for the long haul. Or if it's a fling. What's funny is the most dynamic of the guy on guy romances originally wasn't planned. Jaal was originally a ladies man. Some people threw a tantrum and now Jaal is bi. On the opposite it's more dramatic what with Angara being such an insular bunch. Plus the whole let's go save Jaal's family from xenophobia terrorists .
@@kalen2465 A lot of the stuff is badly written, just look at Liam. However, Reyes is actually the one romance I wouldn't really change much. I'd only leave the decision to lock for the talk after the cave. And afd a chance to date him but still get mad at him. But I guess after Dragon Age 2 I should not be surprised when practical decisions are understood as absolution. What I love about Reyes romance is the level of how deep you get into the relationship. Don't get me wrong, I would love more screen time, but at least there's still room to progress the relationship. Romance with Gil is a bit too quick, especially after he lets you choose the pace. But it's just that you started the romance when he was thinking about babies. He wants the kid no matter if he's taken or single. I like his romance because for all his childish behaviour he's a pretty mature partner. And now let's look at Liam romance. You hook up with him, then he acts like high schooler and at the end asks for marriage. That actually freaked me out so hard I ran from lvl 48 to lvl 23 just to pick Reyes instead. I like Andromeda, maybe a but more than the original trilogy but the writers took all the shortcuts they could, which is a shame. Hopefully the next game will be another Andromeda with proper script.
So real question. Are the Ryder twins part Brazilian? It never says where their mother is born, but it does say she was stationed in Rio and that’s where their parents met. And their mother kinda looks Brazilian to me.

gil is sooooooooooooooooooo cute
He’s absolutely delicious, is what Gil is.
I love the video, but I could never be so...strict with my lovely Gil. If I had to have anybody for a wingman it'd be that handsome rascal, lol.

K M the n7 program was located in rio, kaiden went to it too.
TheRetardedbackpack ohhh thanks!!! I’m new to the fandom so I’m still learning all about them! Thanks for the information!
I just think Scott looks like Joey Graceffa's boyfriend
Wild i think you ment Shepard and Anderson went through it. Kaidan isn't an N7.
@@TheRetardedbackpack Kaidan wasn't an N7, he's just a Spectre.
How About doing similar videos for the rest of the romances?
yap it is a lot to take in ... :D
Gil's "joke" just sailed right over my poor head :(
I'm not a fan of the standard issue Initiative armor. Otherwise no complaints.
I love this...!
This exactly why I wont buy another game from them. Disgusting.
