No, the blue ring inside the engine is because the fan and low pressure compressor were designed by Pratt & Whitney. IIRC, it's a debris containment ring in case the fan ever decides to shear off. This is the Engine Alliance GP7000 engine.
As a lover of planes I just think a380 are amazing
