Hello, do you know where the interior temperature sensor is located (in a 2006 307sw - facelift, restyled)?. I checked under the 3 openings on the dash but I have nothing there ....
Thanks Toxmaster! The only thing more to do is to remove one more panel at the back of the display assy. You will then see the place for the bulb. You should have no problem with that. Cheers

I think, it may have a backlight so that it can be controlled during the night, but mine doesn't light up; currently, I have to switch on the overhead light so I can barely see the images. Can you show a fix on how to fix the backlight if there is supposed to be one?
Actually, it turned to be fried bulbs. I tinkered with it last week, and it was pretty easy to pry open and then replace the bulb. Thanks anyway for all these helpful videos. Next-up is my ABS.

I reduce to minimum the fan speed, in order to turn it off, but after some seconds, it comes up again, and I turn it off again, etc. Any ideas what issue it may be???
Hi, I replaced the third light bulb on the automatic climate control system because the buttons were not lighting up during night time when I switch on the headlights, I took the bulb from the head up display unit, this stopped the head up from displaying anything and the aircon isn’t working the fan is blowing but you can’t hear the compressor kicking in and it was working before. Are you able to help me, what did I do wrong?
Hi Zhai, This sounds like a wire problem. Are you sure you have corrected everything back correctly? Perhaps you have pulled some wires to rough? You can also check the fuse box in case this is one of the fuses that is faulty. I bet my guess on wires and electrical connections. Hope it helps a bit. Cheers

Hi Celso, The 70% of A/C faults is due to leaking A/C condenser. 20% is leaks in the area of tubing connections. When these leaks the A/C pressure sensor reads low pressure in the system and prevents the Compressor from starting on a system with too low pressure. So people thinks that there is some cable failure or compressor malfunctioning. It might be the remainin 10% but I would suggest to check the system for leaks first ;) Cheers

Yes ive checked everything, pressure is fixed. but the compressor dont get any signal through the wire when it is supposed to start. ive tryed a direct connection from the battery to the compressor and when i do that it works fine. so now i got to find the problem why theres no signal on the wire to start after i turn on the a/c on the panel. maybe the malfunction is on the BSM or BSI but i would like to start checking the panel. ( cant get any other to test ). Any ideas my friend?
Hi Pineaple D, This is possible but you would need to change some more than the panel itself. It is considerably expensive and no guarantee it will work the first time :) I have not done that myself but in theory it is possible, nonetheless it will not work with just changing the panel. Let me know if you still want to try. If so I will dig a bit and try to help out with some details ;) Cheers

Yes, but it requires much more work then just replacing the panel. You would need to adapt the whole system.

hmm.. this might also be the A/C low pressure sensor. I will add a video about that soon.
