Leading lunar series, perth mint comes second in my eyes - too big mintages and lacking designs.

Where do you buy the tester from? Does it work on RAM silver coins?

The tester is given to RAM authorised distributors.
It only works on gold coins, beginning with the 2020 Year of the Rat 1oz Gold Bullion Coin.
Our guess is the security feature may have been left off the silver coins as the cost proportional to the silver price would be too much extra premium for an investment level silver coin.
