Probably. Even when I was doing my series I encountered a lot of other X players. Many still haven't gone back up to S+, so it's always a bit of a gamble on whether you'll encounter actual S players or people way above your skill level.
This was incredible to watch, but it also reminds me that there are terrifying players I never want to run into. I can't get out of S though, you're at least one less person to worry about XD.
Everyday I'm more and more thankful that i mostly only play turf war. I literally cannot even imagine ever going against S+ and X rank w their best weapons (I mean sometimes i do run into them and me and my team get bullied into oblivion but thankfully it's not that often)
