Heat Your Shop Using Truck Rims

Homemade woodstove from truck rims. Has a built in blower from an old hot water tank fan. blows air through the pipes that pass through the stove and warm air comes out. Heat resistant glass on the main door and re used a old damper door that is also the ash clean out door.

It's a beautiful stove and a really well done project. Have you thought of lining it with refractory material? I'd hate to see the steel burn through.

About 35-40 hours. Working on it a few hours at a time a couple nights a week
