I seem to have found this video a little over 2 years too late. The best, I repeat, THE BEST bone golem diy tutorial I've ever seen. It's nice to see someone who actually takes the aesthetic seriously.

I found these skeletons a couple of years ago and I'm still surprised that I don't see a lot of people using them. Yes I know they're poor quality and the scale is not the same but they make great minis and dioramas. Personally I have been building my own little army of them but I don't post them on my TH-cam channel, those go to my Instagram.

Overall looks very similar to my Xenomorph figure with the colour and texture
This looks really good what a nasty terrifying monster it is. Some glowing in those eye sockets might be nice perhaps some glue from the magic powering the thing too. Have you tried going over it with mod podge to strengthen it without losing detail? Can even add your base color to it like Jeremy of BMC.
Not a bad idea at all, I used glue cause I had it on hand but modge podge should work just as well

Awesome video! I think it would have been really cool if you would have had some skull sticking out of the back with more arms that could actually maybe hold weapons, like it could see all over and defend itself from multiple angles.

Gnarly! I always put a little dishwasher rinse aid into my washes to make them flow without getting bubbly.
I just took small golf & ping pong balls,
Some skellies, a long red cloth, and TONS of glue.

The bone golem mainly Casts Powerful bone realated spells
but can also crush anyone with his high strength
You'll have to come up with a supreme tactic to beat a bone golem, their Intelligence is dangerously high !!!
Consider using the term "Construct" or "Minion" or something else; "Golem" refers to a specific construct from Jewish folklore.
Some good advice for DMs: use one of these things as a punishment for your murder hobo players. It will be made of the bones of the victims the murder hobo has unjustly slain.

Super great video! Cant wait to see more and i hope you get really big on youtube because id like to see weekly videos. Mainly you iust seem to have a ton of great tips and methods that make this look easy. Never stop giving out those tips! I'll share something with you. Gun patches make a great "sack" cloth for miniature. They take glue very well and one pack will last a lomg time.

@@CriticalCrafting gun patches. They are little bits of cloth that you run down your barrel to clean residue.
Once you get to be a big channel (and you could be) hire an editor.

I love a channel that gives Apple Barrel a little love. People tend to think it's a crap paint because it's cost effective, when in reality it is actually from Plaid, the Folk Art and Mod Podge people
