Power comes from the blood of Jesus and the work He did on the cross to cleanse us from our sins and restore us to a right relationship with the Father. We must repent of our sins and put our faith in and follow Him. No dance, chant or ritual will cleanse us or set us free...only the blood of Jesus can!
Then praise God we can dance, jump up and truely be free! I love our people, but we need to come out of this...when cultures embrace this they remain in bondage. God bless you in Yeshua mighty name. 🙏🏽☝🏾

Because you think it's Mende doesn't mean it's not a Yoruba culture. I am Yoruba and was born and bred in Nigeria. All what I see here are typical to what I saw growing up in Yorubaland.

@@owolabilawal8667 I guess you didn't read the rest of the account. He rose on the third day...death cound not defeat Him and that is why He is worthy to be praised. I understand our people want to hold on something of our own, but the truth is these pagan traditions are rooted and embedded with demonic rituals and practices. The offense she speaks about is 'sin' and the blood of Jesus is what cleanses us when we repent and turn to him...no dance, chant or ritual can do that....only repentance and faith in Jesus Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach) I pray whoever is reading this will turn to Him today. God bless. 🙏🏽
