The pork on the pork really sets the stage for the other pork on the pork to stand out in a way that not all pork filled pork recipes can do.

Выглядит красиво, но врядли будет вкусно. Бекон, яйца и сыр готовятся быстро, а картошка и свинина - долго. Уже несоответствие. Про салат из помидор и огурцов конечно никто раньше не знал. Ну и в довершение можно было ещепоказывать духовку все время пока там готовится это блюдо. И весь процесс поедания, а то как то быстро ролик кончился😅
И не только поедания! А еще пищеварения и высирания!

Да, два раза пытался по подобным рецептам приготовить. Картошка сырая.

Почему-то я всегда считала, что бекон и сыр это уже готовые продукты. Зафигачили в "бомбу" все продукты из холодильника или кое что осталось ?😅
Сыр ничего, кроме зелени, не приемлет. Он сам по себе прекрасный деликатес.
Я смотрела, читала, как раньше обжирались англичане, американцы... Мяса го́ры, но при этом горы овощей! Знали толк в еде.
Французы изощрялись издавна, но и у них есть правила, чтобы не вредить здоровью.
Ещё нужен майонез, и будет классический рецепт Мясо по-французски

I confess, I have trouble believing the roast would cook through at that temperature and time, and the bacon didn't contract at all when it was baked either.
I would expect the fat and juices to render out of the bacon, rendering it greasy/soggy/never browning.
As long as inside temp hits 160 F, you're good.
I bet the whole thing was taken out and put under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the bacon.

It would work... The bacon would brown in it's own fat and the eggs and potatoes would absorb a lot of it. Try it and find out, I guess...
@stevenmccaw7170 - You were right. I had to drain all the fat & then bake for an addition 25 minutes at 400 degrees. After flipping it over out of the pan, I put it under the broiler for about 5 minutes to crisp up the bacon that had been at the bottom which was still very soggy from sitting in the grease.
These ingredients should have been prepared before hand!!

Love the idea!! But as a Meat Cutter and watching the resistance from the Knife cutting the pork chops. Please sharpen or get a sharper knife. The most common accidents when cutting are with a dull knife. But thank you for a future cooking experiment ❤

I know that every oven is different & temps can vary, but no way all these layers will cook thoroughly at the stated temp & duration. I made the other variation of this recipe which omits the eggs entirely. I cut the pork & potato slices thinner than shown here. I baked it at 360 for 40 minutes. When I lifted the foil to check on it, the bacon was still raw & just barely warm to the touch. I ended up increasing the temp to 400 for another 25 minutes... Hopefully that will do the trick . I've got 15 minutes left on the timer before I can check it again... Will update once it is done, with exactly how long it truthfully took...
Update - baked covered at 360 for 40 minutes, then 400 for another 25 minutes with no foil, then under the broiler for about 5 minutes to crisp up the bacon that was on the bottom of pan during the bake time. When I inverted the loaf, the bacon was still flimsy due to it sitting in all that greasy fat. I had to drain it before the 2nd round of baking at 400 degrees. I let it rest for only 5 minutes because the delicious scent was driving my hungry kid crazy & she wanted to eat immediately. When I bit into it, all the meat was cooked, but the layers of potato were still "al dente" & not fully soft through the middle. It tastes great, although most of the cheese had oozed out. So I added an extra sprinkle of cheese on top after it came out of the oven.
There is something seriously wrong with your oven if 40 minutes at 360 had the bacon barely warm.

Basically this. Meat's pretty expensive here already and adding up all of the different veggies, a boat load of eggs and a few other things and it basically comes down to spending about a week's worth of food money on 1 dish.

I have a couple of recipes that are very simple and delicious. You can just get a tenderloin and slice it not quite in half, pound it out with a mallet, either make homemade dressing or stove top, put it inside, tied up and bake it at 3:50 until the juices run clear on the pork! I saw that particular recipe somewhere a long time ago I didn't make it up myself.
If you like stuffing, there is another casserole that you can make using either chicken or leftover turkey. Cut up boiled chicken or leftover turkey, place it on the bottom of a baking dish, mix up cream of chicken and mushroom soup, the condensed kind, with water of course, pour it over top of the chicken, make whatever stuffing that you like, put it on top, and repeat with the soup mixture, and bake it at 350 for about half an hour.

It looks like a special dish for a special occasion… and one slice isn’t going to be harmful. The salad is good to serve with it and you don’t need anything else. I am sure it tastes delicious.
In the US that dish looks like it would be expensive to make, especially with the thick cut bacon, pork loin, and all that other stuff...it adds up quickly...
@@JuneBaby01 It would be in the UK too, so would only be used for a special occasion like Christmas, New Year, Easter or birthday. And as a pensioner in the UK I doubt I would make it due to the cost.

This is a great idea. I think if you were to make each ingredient about the same thickness; slicing the pork the same thickness as the potatoes and possibly add something else for a contrast in color while adding more of a nutritional value to the dish, like some spinach or some blanched broccolini. It could be a wild take on a breakfast taurine.

Great idea. Looks incredibly yummy!! With Thanksgiving coming up soon here in North America, I'm thinking I might just try this recipe, but using turkey bacon, turkey loin or turkey breast and sweet potatoes/yams + adding some herbs : sage, thyme and oregano.
Regular bacon and turkey pair well. I love your idea of using sweet potatoes and turkey! That sounds yummy! I've never been a fan of turkey bacon mainly due to all the additives I can't pronounce, I try to avoid processed food. Uncured bacon is the best.

Да, вместо свинины можно взять курицу или индюшку,яйца это лишний холестерол в таком количестве ,вместо сыра зелёный лук или репчатый,чеснок .

Ok, respectfully, lots of wasted time for this video. Like, did we really need to see you layer every single piece of bacon or crack every single egg? And what type of cheese? It just says, "cheese." And di we have to watch you shred almost all the cheese? Did we really need to see you pound out all 4 pieces of pork? Just sayin, might have been a more engaging video if you show a step, but skip some of the repetitive stuff.
It may take long but really for a breakfast 😋 for those that it can be in their Diet really looks appealing .
