this is 2013 model but the steering wheel is from 2015+ model so i suspect two things
1) the car must have involved in an accident in which the airbags deployed and they changed the whole wheel.
2) they simply have changed the steering which explains airbag codes. also they have changed the climate control unit this must have had normal ones they have installed auto climate ones without the required sensors for auto ac. this explains the codes for coolant fans too.
3) the power steering code is also related to improper installation of the steering wheel.
this is 1.6 tdi so yearly insurance costs will be high.
the smoke is normal is in all vw/skoda 1.6 tdi engines in fact one cant find an 1.6 tdi whitout smoke even after 20k kms.
just install the old ac controls and steering wheel most problems would go away.
