Dont just get sold on the space which the unit provides. Think about the exit strategy in future - when the lease runs down, who is going to buy? When one turns old and cannot climb the stairs, what happens? Buy at 1million. Are u able to sell at 1.2 million 10 years time when the lease is left with 40 plus years? Think again.

True, that's why some people earn on property and others lose money. A home can be residential and yet appreciate over time. Why choose one where you know you will lose money ???? 😂😂😂 😅😅😅
