I love the end results of your stations but the building process itself stresses me out so much. It looks so chaotic but it always turns out perfect
This is how I feel every single time. Through most of the episode it's a hot mess which makes me anxious, but then suddenly at the end, it's the most beautiful thing anyone has ever built in this game.

Lovely station as always! I love how you're mananing to keep it futuristic and sleek, but at the same time with some realism and organic randomness in the decisions.
I have a small suggestion: since Asturis is more tropical/subtropical, the autumnal trees at the station look a little off - blooming trees in red/yellow/orange/purple would give you the same aesthetic but fit better with the city's climate.
I actually really like the autumn colors for the trees it's a nice contrast to the blue/green of the station. And since this is a futuristic city they could be fake or some genetically modified trees to keep them autumn-colored year round.
I think the Blooming Jarcanda trees (I think that’s how you spell them, they’re bright purple) would be absolutely awesome. They’re usually found in Aus/NZ so the climate works
@@spartan117zm Those are really pretty too (it's Jacaranda btw) Now I think it might be cool if he used different brightly colored trees in different areas that contrast to the buildings and ground. So like here the autumn colored trees contrast beautifully with the blue/green concrete, jacaranda trees would be nice with bright yellow and green colors.
@@sethsei8746 Ah, I agree the contrast is great, but those specific models are clearly autumn trees. Instead, yellow ipes (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Handroanthus) and red flame trees (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delonix_regia) would fit the climate, the colors and the 'exotic' vibe.
Awesome? Have you considered making something to replace harsh sea walls between the water and land, like mangroves or long tidal beaches, to switch things up? I think that they would look really cool rather than just doing the same old boring thing :)

This has certainly become a Beautiful Station and the varied Trains are a clear improvement over Aurelia with it's single less relistic train type.
I can’t help, but feel the style is much like New Alexandria from Halo Reach. I’m honestly very interested to see the final result of this city you are making.
I watched almost every episode of aurelia. Since the begining you have learnt and discovered about that game so much, and I bet this project gonna be even better and much more insane, I know it, its gonna be lit af. I am waiting for next episodes with an impatience ;) like it was with aurelia.

Those rings for the flying trains very much remind me of the concept of electromagnetic trains created in the Soviet Union. You know the one.

One minor note is that the flying trains' rings are still hovering in some spots. I know it's not done and the supports, should they go to the ground, would just need to be moved around later, but I think having some big arching ones reaching out from that building that the flying train wraps around would be great. Looking forward to the next one.

Gorgeous station! Tho are you planning on using longer trains for the local services? It feels a bit empty with that long of a platform and six-cars-only trains.
Of course it feels empty, there is no city around it.
This looks awesome! Even tho i am not sure about that green concrete floor. I think a basic grey would fit better. Its a little to much colour in my opinion in contrast to all the trains, trees and especially the flying train station in their respective colour. I think this stretches it a little to much, making it look like candyland or sth like this. A subtle basic concrete would make the whole station way more grounded. If enough people could leave their opinion on this, we might get a nice discussion about this running :)

I think you'll continue to reap the benefits of planning the rail network though the series Akruas. And the station itself looks spectacular as always, although the trees might be better of with a (sub)tropical vibe, rather than an authumnal one.

I love big stations but on CS it takes a lot of work I guess. Not sure how pedestrians will transition from level to level, but it's clearly a brilliant build. Very impressive and clean. You've cleverly managed to go from a flat area to something that has a lot of special details and blends in nicely as a whole. However I don't think green color is best for this place, I don't know what other viewers think.
Alright, I just watched the following video and can now understand why the green. It's a very good idea. The train/tram tracks could make the leaf shape to be more meaningful towards green, I don't know... It's your city Akruas, do what you want, I'm just watching 👀

I have an idea for highways, if you don’t have any already. Maybe it could be done as two storey bridge like in fallout 4? You can look for inspiration in those. It will definitely fit with train tracks bridges all over the country.Just type Fallout 4 highway, I can’t post links sorry(
The term you're looking for is double decker highways; It ain't even exclusive to video games as you can find multiple examples of double decker road structures in real life. Hell, there used to be a good example of that right here in Northern California around 40 years ago.

Also: how does one get from platform to platform there isn’t any overpass

sorry, but I honestly don't think the station looks too small, in fact, this station looks quite massive compared to what the usual train stations look like. Also he placed elevators in the station which is how people would usually get around the station.
@@jamesandrenfernantan9810 Well the station is quite big but bigger would be cool. Also: how are many people supposed to use this train station if there are like 2 elevators per platform? Have you ever used the elevator at your train station? It’s just extremely unrealistic that the only way to get to the platform is by an inefficient elevator
