I think her live is almost always better than the sterile environment of a studio -- because she is truly talented and has such an incredible voice with so much passion, control, and emotion.

One of the qualities that just make Mowie head and shoulders above all else is she does sound better live unlike many artists! Also the more i listen to this song the more I notice she is not taking breaths in between chorus, I find myself holding my breath as she navigates through the lines. There are many wonderful filipina singers that are just as talented and I just love Katrina Velarde and Regine, but Mowie just has that extra sauce that just for me puts her over the top.

Totally agree with you, Morissette sounds wayyy better LIVE. You need to watch her LIVE ON STAGE IN PERSON, Morissette is a BEAST ON STAGE, that you've got to experience yourself. She literally becomes the song!

I have a different angle on the Live vs Recorded. I have seen Mori live in concert twice ,nothing beats live! That being said, I am super careful with my wording when I express this Why? Because she's a phenomenal recording artist as well. This day and age Streaming is key. The recording is where millions will hear her ,so they need to know that you still get a full experience( as far as recordings go ) when you stream her music.
I realize why people are so taken with her live, because more often than not artists usually have difficulty duplicating the recording and even rarer exceeding it. Just my thoughts.

She's amazing but besides her vocals the camera perspective, the lens, the lighting and just every nuance is top notch.
She proves that shes not just whistle..
She is the god given instrument to human...live perf. Is 100× times better than her recording..

This song is one out of five original songs from her EP called "Signature". The other 4 songs are Love You Still 🌊 Phoenix 🎇 Will You Stay 🎀 and Trophy 🏆
Most certainly this live version is better because she doesn't want us to be disappointed with her and to leave us a sense of excitement to always go to her performances even though they are repeats.

Yes highly agree with you, Miss Danielle. Morissette is better at Live performance than recording because in live she adds more twists when it comes to singing her songs but I considered both of her performances are great in any style of singing even live or studio version it's still better. That's why it makes me so amazed every time she sings perfectly.
hi coach, thanks for the reaction, yes live is much richer in vocals whereas the studio/record version make some adjustments for the musical instruments to blend in
Agree 100% Danielle - live is so so much better than studio! Yes a fuller sound, ad lib variations to the melody, more emotive … etc. The Wish Bus performances are great too but this style of live performance takes it to the next level. Can you imagine how much better still if she was in front of a live band and backing singers … perhaps one day!

Whoa, loved your reactions Danielle, again. Well, you won't have any argument from us, Mori sounds better live. First time I saw her, her voice reverberates in the whole stadium. The thing is, she can do this all day! I was waiting for that belt out where in the video she shattered the mirror. I just love the live version of every climax of the 5 songs in the in this performance. She hit it 1000000000x better than her own studio version. I love her Love You Still version in this performance. It's just so much better, more feels, and more intense.
Yep she's better when she sings live. That's because she sings with passion everytime. She does it as if it's the first time she ever sings that song. The amazing thing is it gets better everytime. She's just phenomenal.
