I used to work without sleep and eat at random times ,sleep at random times that too 2 hours sleep whenever possible.
Finally my body told me "hold my beer" and started giving me panic attacks and stomach issues ,for the first time in my life i was weak not able to do anything not able to just speak to others with focus.
Now i have understood fck all these rich brats and successful maniacs ,just because someone is rich materialistically doesn't mean its the right way ,stop listening to othets stop getting influenced by others stop watching other people live your life close all your senses to other people,your body and your intellect will guide you to your purpose and keep yourself rich(self sufficient) 🙏

Okay so my definition of success is different. For me, success is qualitative not quantitative. We should not define success on terms of money. For me, success is that at the end of the day if you are sleeping peacefully, you are content with your job, you have no regret and issues, you are giving priorities to your interests, you are taking good care of your health and you are giving time to your family then you are successful. No matter how much you are earning or at position you are if you are not living your life peacefully then what's the point of earning so much? You are earning in crores but your health is deterioratiing, your sleep schedule js not fixed and you are lonely. I am not saying to be in your comfort zone but investing or sacrificing your health for just a money(which ppl consider a measure of success) is something worst. For me health is wealth. ❤️❤️❤️v

Success cannot be defined. The parameters are way different for different people. For some it maybe having 5000 cr in your account while for others it maybe maintaining a six-pack abs throughout the year. For a crooked person it maybe a 100 cr fraud. For a politician it maybe manipulating EVM and getting to be PM. And for others it may just well be eat, sleep, party, repeat.

This was pretty irresponsible advice, messing up your sleep and diet for success sometimes is ok but all the time means you're not efficient to meet goals within the set times of the day. Which is also ok, but sacrificing health for that means you will suffer unbearablybwhen you realise what burden you are to your family.

Health is wealth. Only if you have health, can you do something about the wealth aspect. He meant that when u worked suppose u r a doctor u have to work almost every day of ur life or get up to hospital when they need. Or as an actor u have to shoot for the whole day and sleep just two hours. Food u eat on the set anything and being a docotr if u r alone u will eat at the hospital or outside which is not good. So Thts why he said that u can’t just have good food relaxation and sleep 8 hrs. U have to work hard to get something. Even people who goes to other countries works so many hours far from relatives good food frnds and just work to get successful. Which they become but the journey is not easy where people think anyone go abroad make money easily
