Swāmī Aparājitānanda jī gives a practical tip to watch the mind without co-operating with it and to use the pointers mentioned in Ātmabodha as thoughts for meditation. A cute and relevant advice to change the outlook and then look out is also given.

• Nature of Consciousness as different from properties and conditionings;
• Role of Consciousness as a witness of matter, as Actionless or the Non-doer though It is the sentiency giving principle
• Consciousness as the "ultimate light" in all
• When we say "we know", who is it that really knows?
• Who feels the pain - the mind/intellect or Consciousness?
• How does the mind function?
• How is ahankāra (ego) born? What is ego?
• The sentiency giving principle of Consciousness
• What is our svabhāva (real nature)?
• "You are wrong, if you are disturbed." How come?
