- Hard to believe I've already recorded 50 episodes of this Capoeira vlog!
To celebrate I decided to do similar thing I did at the very beginning in Episode 3, just to see how I improved. I also learned some new AUs...
Also... I just realised, there is 17 of them - I will be aiming to know 20 by the end of this year!

elbow cartwheel is another cartwheel variation, but i think this can be used in capoeira

The best video i have found about the different cartwheel variations there are in capoeira. Thanks a lot for the content. I suggest you to follow the cartwheel topic since it is safe acrobatics for general population like me and others i guess. You could do individual videos about every variation giving more details. Great stuff! I am aiming to have 20 AUs by the end of this year… do not know what others are left but I'll find them xD
This is in fact pretty useful as sort of a bibliography of existing Au's, lol. I often see cool variations in a roda, but have no idea what they are called or how to even describe them.
Yeah mate, I thought so too it is not such a bad idea of having most of the existing AUs with names in one video. Being able to train them was a bonus :)
