Your outfits all look special. I am 74 and I have some clothing pieces that are 10, 20, 30 and even 40 years old. The quality of clothes then was much better than I could buy today. The challenge is to make the clothes work with a changing body and forever changing fashions. I am influenced by a fashion writer in the past who advised ensuring that your jacket (or top) and shoes match the current fashion silhouette. What you wear in between doesn't get noticed so much. I also watch a lot of TH-cam videos for inspiration. Thank you so much for yours.

There are no affordable curated vintage stores in my area. It’s either 1.) stores w/ cheap stained droopy items or 2.) stores w/ worn out super expensive designer items. I’ll definitely be visiting resale stores when I travel. 💕
Yeah, it can be a challenge to find good vintage stores locally. Even here, there were some stores that were just meh, I just didn't show it in the video. But, yes, traveling does open up more possibilities. Here's to finding some hidden gems on your travels! 💕

I'm in general struggling with "vintage" clothing due to my big size. I rarely go into second hand shops because I believe they don't cater to bigger sizes. Of course, I could be wrong but given that "vintage" is classified as being at least 20 years old, I believe we still have a long way to go in order to be able to find vintage clothes in bigger sizes easily. So I do have vintage clothes. They are clothes I bought and still use 20 years later. But none of them are second hand.

Yes, a pair of black shoes would be perfect. But the ones I have are too heavy for light trousers. I tried to pair them but it felt a bit off, so I went for the nude ones. But In general black sandals or more elegant loafers would be just perfect.

I struggle a little with a black tapestry bag I bought, I really like them, but never reach for it in my daily life, do you have any tips?

I saw once woman wearing one and she styled it with a long, slightly oversized burgundy cardigan, black turtleneck, black wool trousers, chunky boots. It looked really pretty as it complimented the texture, thickness and colors of the bag. Sometimes, it just takes a bit of experimentation to find the right balance!
