About Lizard Skins
Lizard Skins has been in business for the past 20 years manufacturing and distributing bicycle accessories around world. In January of 2011, Lizard Skins officially launched a new product into the baseball industry.
DSP (DuraSoft Polymer) bat wrap was created based off of the highly successful DSP handlebar tape for road bikes. Utilizing our knowledge and experience in developing grips, Lizard Skins designed and created this new innovative bat wrap. Lizard Skins received "Best of Show" award for new product at the American Baseball Coaches Association.
Lizard Skins DSP bat wrap is becoming very popular and our product is different because it is made out of polymer. The enhanced feel, multiple color options and two thicknesses separate our wrap from other bat tape. It works well on all types of aluminum, composite and wood bats. DSP is used in all levels of play from little league to high school, from college to the pros. Make DSP bat wrap your choice for bat tape. Touch it, Feel it, Love it.
Since 1993 Lizard Skins has created products to meet the needs and wants of sports enthusiasts around the world. With a wide variety of hi-performance products including the new unique DSP Bat Wrap, Lizard Skins always aims to help you maximize your performance.
Our expertise in grips helped us foresee that players wanted different options to customize the feel and thickness of their bat handle. Unfortunately, bat manufacturers and aftermarket grips sold at retail had never specified the grip size. As a result, Lizard Skins created the thickness category. DSP bat wrap was originally released in two different thicknesses - 1.8 mm to match average industry sizes and 1.1 mm to provide a new thinner option. After further testing, a key group of MLB players requested an even thinner grip that would provide all the same gripping properties but not increase the handle thickness. Thus, the 0.5 mm thickness was created to meet the high-performance demands of the world’s most competitive athletes.
The popularity of all 3 thicknesses has established the custom grip market as we predicted. Now players of all classes and skill levels can customize their bat with Lizard Skins DSP bat wrap.

If my bat already has tape on it can i take it off or will that ruin it?
Luke Konieczki take it off
Your first person I've seen do the knob. Is there a reason for that
He mentioned at the start of the video, that it's for batters who drop their grip down with a pinky on (or below) the knob of the bat.
Personal preference
I broke my bat and it has the grip can I take it off of my broken bat and put it on another bat
Only if it hasn't been on the bat long
Yes. But it won't stick as good 2 your other bat. But it will work. I broke a marucci and put my lizard skin on a Baum bat.

Question, can I add tiger stick or pine tar on the lizard skin for a super great grip, or would it ruin the lizard skin?
Not sure about tiger grip, but pine tar should be fine
I put on tiger stick on mine and it works great!!
