In this video I will cover a more in depth look at how to do bubble rings and also going over some issues you may be having with your rings and why they could be breaking!
Ofcourse I recommend taking a freediving course before doing any breath holding and also do not do this without a Freedive certified buddy with you!

I tried doing the rings for the first time the other day at the pool and it took me at least an hour to make a really good one! I then tried to do multiple rings but my breath kept giving out after about 3 or 4. How on earth are some people able to do more than a dozen?

Hey Steve! That’s great news that you got some good ones! It takes time to perfect but that’s great. Have you done a freediving course before? Don’t forget to leave enough surface interval and to get a really good breath in when you are doing bubbles rings. And ofc have a buddy always always always! You can try not pushing out so much air to make more rings but smaller ones- especially in a pool where current isn’t really an issue. Remember also that having a bit more depth will help the rings hold together better so maybe you are ready to try in the ocean soon and that would allow you to do smaller and a bit deeper rings to go for those multiples you want! But I think 3-4 in a row is great! 👏👏👏

@@tridentfreediversbarbados Thank you very much for the advice. I actually have never taken a freediving course but I am seriously considering it because it looks so much fun. I was thinking about taking up SCUBA but having to carry all that equipment seems like a pain and also more expensive, even if I can stay down a lot longer. Have a blessed day!
