I hope everyone had a great Christmas! Mine has been VERY busy with work and family (which I'm grateful for), but I've gotten behind in uploads. I'm posting a video tomorrow with details on several exclusive goodies I'm giving away to you guys! Thanks for your patience. Happy New Year everyone!! You all are awesome!
I know this is four years after you posted this video, but I LOVE Powder Mountain. I think its one of the best places ever to go skiing or snowboardin.
Thanks for showing us a good time and keeping it clean gents! I have been telling my children about my wild day at Powder Mt in 2003 for years.11 inches of fresh and a bluebird day. Dropping through the woods down to the street to wait for the bus was a favorite. Back then, the Cat dragged long ropes off the back to pull skiers/riders to the ridges. It was a challenge for me as a snowboarder to hold on to that rope. Well worth the effort to get to some of the non lift serviced areas. Haven't been back to Powder since, but after watching this, my 13 and 15 year old are adamant about heading there this year. Hope COVID doesn't interfere with that plan!
Love it!! Thanks for sharing your story. They have cat access still but no towing skiers/riders anymore I guess, 😂. I’m hoping to use their cat access this year. We got free passes last season (see my other pow mow vid) but didn’t get to use them. Here’s to 2021! 🤞
Sitting here in the pandemic knowing there is no trip coming this year and just wishing I could hit up Pow Mow for a few days. My favorite mountain on the planet so far.
I know things seem bleak right now, but keep hope alive, bro. We can all learn to appreciate life a little more in these times. Pow days will be back and they will even more amazing after the wait. Stay safe & God bless.
Aloha From the first time i got to ride these mountain run's i fell in love with it that was in 2004 winter!! and each year i go back for me and all of us here in Hawaii the 808 crew it's the best snow on earth!! Also many thanks to all the people that work up there who are great friends like Dave an his crew always make us feel at home!! I may be an older guy (68) but as long as i can walk an strap into my Arbor board i will keep going!!! you guys are having so much fun thanks for your video!!!
I've been riding p.m since 88' it's always epic! Early 90's we went every other Saturday. 92' and 94' I can't remember a day that was any less than 3ft powder days not once. The lot was never full and most days every 5th chair had people. The absolute best of Utah.
@11:30 only those who truly understand Utah Pow will get how epic PowMow is....Dry snow, epic runs with your Bro's, zig'n & zag'n with the Aspen trees...nice camera work!
Probably the only mountain in the US that's not greedy like all the others who just will sell tickets till you can't move on the mountain. Greta video.... felt like I was riding with you guys. This is now on my bucket list to hit my my three kids. Thanks for sharing
Do it!! I'm 42, and I picked snowboarding up again about 4 years ago. I'm definitely a better technical boarder than I was when I was 18 and I cam afford to go much more often. Even with back and knee issues I still go as often as possible. Powmow is sick.

The last time I went to powder mountain was April/15/2017 and we made the hour and a half drive to powder mountain to find out it closed early so we drove back and rode snowbird
First powmow visit coming up in 10 days...I'd really like to know where on mountain we are in this (really great!!) vid at 7:00, 9:30, 11:15 marks. TIA for any intel. *edit* saw in other comment where 11:15 mark japow is send it/illusion area off mary's.
Great film work ,you managed to capture the experience of Powder Mountain. As a Bird Pass Holder I agree with you that they are not comparable but equally a fantastic experience.
Eagle Point is a secret resort in Beaver Utah and the most people I have seen on the whole mountain ever was 900. You can always find pow there, you should check it out this winter!

Out of my 33 years of skiing/snowboarding, my single best powder day was on that mountain. Just wait until the snocat operation starts up again. $25 trips at that time, well worth it!
This was December of last year, but this year is a lot different. Less snow unfortunately but hopefully it turns on in the next week or 2 before you get here! 🙏 ❄️
Does a shuttle pick you up from the road at the bottom? This place is interesting in that it doesn't funnel people to chair lifts or lodges. What part of the mountain was that Japow sequence? Thanks.
Also nice to see for change normal slopes anyone can board from a lift. Not climbing the side of a mountain or dropped in by helicopters. This is awesome

@@BoredProgression nice. I have yet to ride at those spots, but they’re definitely on my bucket list. I just finished a 13-hour overnight shift of snowmaking at Labrador Mountain in CNY. Definitely doesn’t compare to big time mountains, but it’s still a great place to ride.
