@@kiriyaokazaki6278 taxed account simply means your account has consignment board tax. Example the highest summer shell price shown in the video is around 88k spina so I put 88k spina too when I sold it but the profit I got is only 80k cause of tax
No you won't get banned if you switch in one phone unless the other phone is in another country, then there's a high chance it will get banned

There re 2 type of fee
1. Consignment fee
2. Tax fee
1. Apply on local board market price and all world, which is 10% reduction from initial price u put on board.
Example :
U re selling ur stuff for 9.999 on board, after consignment fee, u got 9.000 spina.
2. Tax fee
This only apply on all world board segment, that the fees differs for each country&population player from that countrybase server.
Example :
Ur world tax fee : 5%
When u put ur stuff on board for 9.999 it will be 9.999+5% >10.498(this tax only charged at buyer)
after it get sold, u still got 9.000 spina

It has always been bannable tho just be careful when using it especially if you're using your main acc
