    I’m an old studio musician, spent half my life in the studio. I’m wondering if that tape is what we call tails out. Meaning that’s the end not the beginning. You should have had speakers hooked up bc I can’t hear what’s playing. Anyway if that’s a 2 track (or a stereo version) you could have 2 things going on at once. Although I can hear the old time music somewhat I’d like to hear the tracks separately. You could have 2 things going on at once. Or you could be hearing the old Beatles trick with slap back in tape reversal.

      Hey DSMO! Thanks for the great info, That is very possible that it is tails out. I have half the reel re-spooled onto a new plastic reel. I can send that out to be digitized, and I will. We spent hours just trying to get it to work, and they captured a good 20 minutes of audio that they will sending me. From there i think we can take it apart and hear more clearly, and have more options. Thanks for checking it out either way!!

    That is interesting! Preston Nichols material (for what it's worth) was on vibrations through music tone and beats. It would be interesting if you could separate the voices from the other sounds. As well, I would explore the vibration levels in the music to see if there is anything there. That's quite a find...a walk back in time.

      Hey K B Thanks for letting us know your thoughts on this! Yeah, the coincidences of musical manipulation, frequency and subliminal recordings being so heavily described in the Montauk Project book series is very odd to begin with. Secondly, the fact that there is a great possibility hallucinogens were used on this base, is another coincidence I can't overlook. It's all so strange! When it comes to Montauk - every time you look for an answer you get 10 more questions!

    • @jmanzemail
      @jmanzemail 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have some answers about that tape. Be careful. It's an early binaural tape which captured somewhat the fear of little boys on one track and other mind control elements on the other track. That tape was used for bad things and only bad can come of it. I know you've heard of the adrenochrome and that's the tape they used. That's right folks, alien mind control technology. Maybe some of you were paying attention when PN spoke of this. I was there. I met PN. I met Stuart Swerdlow and others. I saw through walls, programmed their first computers and was the model operator for the Montauk chair all by the age is seven when I was recruited into the US army, yes at seven. A letter was sent. My mother and grandmother took me there. We lived in Cranford NJ. When I wandered off for a few moments to use the bathroom I snuck down a staircase where I was told not to go by Preston Nichols himself. I had a habit of disobeying and going where I was told not to and exploring even as a child. What I found was a room filled with children in crates and on army cots. When they saw I was a child who was loose and free they began begging me for help and pleading with me to get someone from law enforcement to come save them! I kept my mouth shut till we left and we're all in the car together me and my mom and my grandmother. When the car started moving I decided to tell. My grandmother has always knew that I did not lie and told my mother to turn the car around which she did. When we went back inside they weren't too pleased because my grandmother demanded to see this room that I told her about and asked me to leave the way. When we got there for sure the room was real, the crates were real but there were no little boys! They were gone and Preston Nichols told my grandmother and mother that I had a great imagination and there is nothing like that going on there! I know now that my memories have all returned that he lied!

    From what I've read about the experiments, they would use audio similar to this to play while the "subjects" were sleeping/on drugs to try and get into their heads. This is fascinating, however my skeptical senses tell me, after all the paraphernalia they destroyed, they wouldn't let a tape like this escape. If this is truly legit, I think there's grounds for more research.

    • @montaukisstrange
      @montaukisstrange  ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Hey Trev Thanks for watching! Yes agreed! and if you count the LSD rooms I have on film from 1995, it really makes you wonder. I think they would have had several reels, and with the way they left in such a hurry, they left so much behind. Maybe one got away ha! But more details are definitely needed!

      @@montaukisstrange This also occurred to me, old psychological tactics. Very creepy stuff! One more vet VERY remote possibility, bc the tape looks so old, is it being a 4 track. Now they weren’t around long they did record a lot of those old country swing records on 4 tracks in the 40s & 50s. In 69’ when I first started in Nashville I would see an old 4 track tucked away in some of the studio corners, altho 8 & 12 tracks were already common, but good luck finding an old 4 track. Reason it occurred was the amount of psychological tricks used to confuse minds they must have used. That voice saying Get Me Out or whatever had to be interjected some way but would need another track. So creepy this old brainwashed stuff is.

    • @montaukisstrange
      @montaukisstrange  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@MaMaSmo123 Yet another interesting detail. It reminds me of a book I read about how they recorded Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, where they used groundbreaking techniques by physically manipulating the tape, in example to create the very delayed echo in "Us & Them" they actually folded the tape back on itself, and created other effects I can not remember at the moment, some involving taping pieces together, but it was all from physically manipulating the tape. The fact that it seems to contain forwards and reverse segments is definitely a head scratcher. Is it possible they overlayed them and re-recorded the final blend onto another machine? Either way - a lot to consider!

Fleetwood Mack did a lot of Tom foolery… I’ll tell you they fixed a lot of stuff people were too stoned to do…. Or screws up. Studio time got too expensive to keep retaking. I wish I could play it again. These were most likely intel agency folks that tricked me into riding with them so they could see what was on it, at my own risk. I sent this out to professional companies 3 times with my own money. They won't touch it with a 10' pole. I am at a loss. I was given a reel to reel machine, but I grew up with cassette tapes, vinyl, and CDs. With all the flack I am getting, I am not super inspired to try anymore. I did my best to find out, honestly and these @$$hats in this video tricked me and never gave me the recording. Thankfully I did not trust them to begin with and stuck my GoPro in the headphones. Maybe they heard something they did not want us all to hear? Which is probably better for my safety that we don't anyways. I get nothing for this. I spend everything time, money and risk on this info. I get it, in a world of channels that fake everything, I did this all just to share what we found.

    It's a 2 track recording. You'll have to find an old receiver with a "Mono" speaker setting.
    That also might be the "tails out" side, not the master reel. Someone might have played it and forgot to rewind it..
    I have mass old reel to reels and a lot of them are 2 track. Jimi Hendrix recorded his acoustic stuff on 2 track. His voice would be in the left and guitar in the right or vice versa.. A lot of music was recorded that way until stereo came out.. before stereo, everything was Mono, single speaker mono, dual speaker mono, then stereo, quadraphonics, surround sound etc etc..
    There's a special cleaning kit you can use that fits in the player that cleans the tape while it plays. If you can't find one, they're really easy to make. Just gotta be really careful. You can most likely find the info off the internet if you haven't already..

    There are videos you can watch which are claimed to be (and likely are) MK Ultra programming tapes. They are like this. Music goes to one side of the brain, a voice goes to the other side. The person - adult or child - is drugged and essentially hypnotized. A sound or word will later function as a trigger to start the program. The person then carries out the task he or she was programmed to do.
    A guy tells the story of finding himself in a bar and not remembering how he got there. It turns out presidential candidate George W. Bush was there. He had been drinking too much and shooting his mouth off. The Secret Service was getting nervous, so they made a call and this guy was activated. By the time he got there, they had Bush under control, and he was deactivated.
    The Bourne movies are loosely based on reality. Sleep deprivation and dunking his head in water are part of the trauma-inducing techniques that creat an alter personality. If you remember the assassin who tries to kill Bourne in the Paris apartment, fails, then jumps off the balcony, that’s part of the programming- to commit suicide if the mission fails or simply commit suicide at a certain age before too many memories start surfacing.

    Wow! Did your audio engineer check to see how many tracks were on the reel-to-reel? Back in the 1960s there were a wide variety of Dolby 8 track reel to reel tape recorders available. These were rather expensive but some recorders had RF tuners in them to specifically record the raw FM Radio Frequency transmission. These types of RF recorders were widely used by the CIA/Sigint (Signals intelligence) and Masint (Measurements and Signatures Intelligence) to record raw RF signal data. The USAF also briefly used these types of Reel to Reel 8 track recorders for airborne Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) because they could record up to eight different signals simultaneously. These are descendants of the first ELINT wire recorders that were used in WW2 by the British No. 100 Bomber Support Group. It was during the war that the Germans developed the first Reel to Reel tape recorders. Hence, if there are multiple tracts on this Reel to Reel it is likely an 8 Track tape. This is what I hear, two different tracks... Now, these were never very popular recorders because of price and it wasn't until the early 1970s that we see the 8 Track cassette diaspora. The two most critical pieces that can be discovered about this tape; 1) Is it a multi track recording? and 2) Is there any Radio Frequency (RF) signals recorded on this tape? As with VHS tapes, which record RF signals, these early 8 Track Reel to Reels were the mainstay of the USAF's ELINT collection and analysis in the 1960s. By the By, an Audio Engineer would naturally look only for audio signals. An ELINT Engineer would naturally look for RF signals. If either of the above conditions can be discovered, this would be proof positive of active ELINT operations taking place at this facility. It seem only natural that an ELINT operator would repurpose some old Reel to Reel 8 track tapes to record music to kill time during these 8-12 hour shifts, which can be mind numbing if the operator is just listening to noise. Hope this helps...

I would implement the help of AI for this. You can see AI restoration of old tapes its like nothing we’ve ever seen. The AI has to be able to de code this. Hopefully it just doesn’t learn to do it to us…

      Hey Vita Divina Yoga, Thank You for the great tips to go the AI avenue, I agree Analog is special in that sense, and AI just might have the capabilities needed to find out more. I have definitely enjoyed using some of the AI Art generation Apps out there. I will still always draw and paint, but it was interesting to see was generated 'at random'. Your also right that eventually they will attempt to control and code us - it's only a matter of time! ...but until then - Thank You for watching & the info!! Much appreciated! Namaste

      I am a historian for the base, and a lifelong explorer and that is not correct.The Air Force used Reel to reel tapes in the SAGE Semi Automatic Ground Environment, cold war Radar systems, and they were in the Ops building as well. I have the old black and white pics of the airman standing in front of the tape machines. There is no question they were on base, the question is why did we find one on the side of the road, within the base? Have you ever seen the LSD rooms on base? Government has already admitted to MK Ultra in 1979, at the Church committee hearings in congress, and I have already shown proof that they did a trial here on base as well. Just watch those old videos from 1958 where we dose our own soldiers with LSD, it is well known...my point is, I would never put it past them to test on soldiers.

      @Montauk is Strange I don't know, sure sounds like his voice. Also, how you could hear different sounds in each ear... there could be two totally different recordings on that tape because there are two tracks on reel-to-reels, though that would be odd because they're recorded on using both tracks simultaneously, but who knows, maybe someone got fancy with it and did one track at a time... Again, that would be pretty odd.

      @@zach_diecast_mansur Cool this is all good information into the workings of the reel to reel. The owner and sound guy seen in the video had it for about 6 months, so I am sure he is learning new stuff every day - it's a great observation though, it really does sound like his voice. I remember an off kilter cassette can actually move on the head playing part of another track, or sometimes side B, and a twist in a tape would result in everything in reverse (but mostly the tape being eaten lol). I have taken a few apart and transferred the tape reels to a cassette, and even used scotch tape to splice ripped tapes, but never had the chance to use a reel to reel in any capacity, other than watching people use them. Interesting and I wish more people still used them. The quality is supposed to be far superior to digital, and the magnetic qualities of tape lead me to believe that is true! Plus the digital sample rate actually cuts away parts of the music. Just knowing that all digital music is missing parts that were originally there makes me a fan of analog right off the bat! What do we know about Montauk. There was a Government program going on. Do some research into Mkultra. Remember the US took in alot of German Engineers, Scientist, Psychologists etc under their wings after we defeated Germany. Most of their tech. We assimilated and it's actively used today. Alot of these said people were allowed to to stay and become citizens of the US as long as they co operated with us. And continued research. Most lived in, around or close to New York. Also remember. The music time frame may have been considered older at this time but not ancient. So people would actively listen to it. Was there ever a reverse listing of this reel to reel or update?

      @@montaukisstrange It's a neat app. I've seen some Randonaut channels that are clearly staged (the staged stuff unfortunately is what generates so many views and the content creators know this), but I can say from first-hand experience that it is worth investigating. 90% of it has to do with your intent, much like a Tarot reading or divination...it directly affects the results. I feel there is still much about Montauk that's been buried which is trying to breach the surface. Perhaps Randonautica in conjunction with a well-intentioned investigator could bear fruit.

      @@montaukisstrange Well anyone who's had experience with that type of magnetic tape (especially reel to reel) and multitrack recording knows there can be at least one track going in one direction. If the tape was turned over and recorded on the reverse side, the other track will go backwards. I used to deliberately record a track in one direction, then switch reels and record the second track so when it was played back I'd have one forward track and a reverse track for a cook effect. Jimi Hendrix did that a lot. It is cool to record a rhythm track and put a reverse lead track on it. Either way if they allowed you to have a direct line from the deck it would be a much clearer sound and easier to separate the tracks. Obviously, the left and right tracks here were most likely recorded at different times..... one direction was recorded and the other track in the other direction. There is actually more than one way to achieving that technique nowadays with digital.

      @@Irpsnerple It is amazing what I have learned in the comment section of this video! So many technical details of so many models and machines, as well as recording techniques. I have heard all kinds of guesses and one of the most fascinating came to me from someone in Military, electronic intel for the Air Force (this reel being found at a major NORAD / Air Force radar site) would use reel to reel 1/4" on 8 track machines and would use RF as magnetic tape, but could ALSo record audio on the same reel! He told me all these companies I sent the reel out to would never even know to look for RF, or to know how! He also wrote that the same Air Force guys would have long shifts and sometimes record music on the RF reels to pass the time, as they could be kept separate! The main reason I find this all amazing is that there was a possible MKUltra experiment done on this base circa 1961 if you have ever seen pictures of the LSD house or acid house at Camp Hero Montauk? Some speculate this was used in some part of the Montauk Project as well. Who knows!? I guess I should get back on top of this, I have been exhausted by it and the guys who are in this video, I believe they were hired to find out what was on the reel, and I think that kid clearly did not know much about the machine, Thanks for pointing that out! Hm. First up, the reel size doesn't appear to be normal. It's not 7" or 10", and it looks more like an instrumentation data recorder reel. Next, you're playing it backwards... that's ok for determining IF something's on the tape but pretty useless in figuring out what that content is.
    What bugs me is that the "expert" here doesn't appear to recognize the basic audio engineering concept of "tails out". That's not good.
    This is starting to sound less like revealing the contents of a mystery tape and much more like clickbait. The big point of contention, aside of the uncorrected audio, is that your "experts" just slapped the reel on and started picking up audio. Having worked on tape restoration projects before, the VERY FIRST thing you do with a filthy reel like that is to slow-wind the tape to get it packed normally AND to get as much of the crud off as possible. Checking the tape for sticky-shedding would be appropriate, also...and if there's moisture on the tape, as well. In both cases, the tape needs to be baked at around 160°F to fix those issues. I don't see that being done here, so I guess your "experts" like getting the head gaps on that tape machine stuffed with dirt, crud, and microwater.
    Janky, at best.

      @@montaukisstrange Hmm...yeah, the setup on that tape machine seemed odd. It appeared to only have one channel of electronics, too...which would explain why there was this wall of backwards racket that couldn't be heard track by track.
      I'll have a poke around the instrumentation recorders on eBay and see if I can match that odd black reel to anything. One doesn't normally record music on those (they use a form of FM for recording data) but there are those who've messed with that also. Definitely a puzzle...but then, growing up in Nashville, one encountered lots of interesting puzzles like this where audio engineering is concerned.

I traveled 200 miles, carried this machine down the street and up stairs in Brooklyn, and spent hours trying to get the tape not to snap. Then they left the mics hot and ruined the digital copy, so all I got was this gopro footage and half the reel spooled off onto a new plastic reel.

      These Goofs, were most likely hired to come and see what we found, except they hired some kid who botched it. I never got a copy of the recording, I have to explain that in every single comment. This was found at base with Known MK Ultra experiments so logic says there is a possibility of this reel being exceptional. It is not just any spot, it was Montauk Air Force Station, NORAD, SAGE and reported site of the Montauk Project (mind control) and inspiration for for the hit show Stranger Things. i have photos from inside the radar towers and computer buildings and there are plenty of reel to reel machines ON THE WALLS IN THE PHOTOS! I also had an Air Force intel say that they used RF on these reels (did not know that did you) and they recorded music to pass the time as they were 8 track. I have been going here for decades and researching just as long. Lastly it was not warped it was straight up buried in the dirt and there were roots growing out of it! Almost every comment in this thread mentions it being backwards, you are not the first. These guys were strangers, and purposefully inept. There were insistent about this, and never shared with me after picking me up and driving me to Brooklyn in a strange van. Just music, but there is likely RF data that no one will be able to help me figure out. Trust me I just as soon pass this responsibility onto someone else. I spent all my time money and risked my own personal safety to try and share this with everyone.
