    What has been the range? Especially in the cold recently.

      So, I’m about to do an update video on this. Worst case in the bad weather we’re getting 120 to 150 miles depending on how much motorway I’m doing and how much I use the heaters. It more than suits our needs.

    Congrats. If we could have it in the USA I'd buy one tomorrow. Do you know does the AC run off the 12v system? What kind of 12v battery does it have? where is it located? how big is that 12v tray? What I am wondering is if that battery can be upgraded to a single 400AH Lithium. In general wondering how many hour you can run the AC on medium while parked .. somebody hinted possibly a week or more.

      Good question, i'll see what I can fond out on this the weekend (it's dark here now when i'm up, and when i get back!), and maybe post a short. I believe that the AC actually runs off the main battery, but I'm not 100% sure. It doesn't kick in until the main ignition is turned on currently. You may be able to leave it on if you could leave it on charge though. I don't see any reason why you couldn't swap the lead acid with a Lithium battery though.

      @@MorzakEV Thank You. I do sense there is going to be an interest in how long the van be remain on with the AC running while parked. Also if there is any way to run 1500 watt inverter from that 12v (or even possibly from the main battery). There is a small EV van company here in the US called ELMS that stated for their van over a week, but that the inverter must run from the 12v system.

    Hello! Maybe you can tell me how to change the language in the menu and where the auto hold key is located ? Thank you in advance!

      I'm really not sure on this! Sorry! Maybe someone else in the comments can help?

    • @electro4838
      @electro4838 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the information, I've already figured out the language, but the fact that there is no auto-retention is sad, it turns out that you have to constantly keep the brake on at the traffic light, otherwise it crawls...

      it 's just that after a year and a half of using the Mazda mx30 , it 's very difficult for me to get used to the fact that there is no auto hold key , and also there are no steering wheel recovery lobes

    Did you ever consider a V2G Nissan Van?

    • @MorzakEV
      @MorzakEV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Originally we did, but their mileage is so limited and would limit our coverage area. Also, the size of the Nissan ENV200 is also limited. If you factor all this in compared with the Peugeot, the Expert is a better fit. That being said, I was talking to someone today about how a V2G charger would be awesome.

      @@MorzakEV Just been studying our electricity usage broken down into 30 min slots. Max out put Hyundai Ionic 5 can dispense out is I believe 3.5kWh. Makes you think, there is a 70 kWh battery on wheels.etc

    • @MorzakEV
      @MorzakEV  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@bertlevis definitely. The Hyundai doesn’t have V2G though. Only to a small load as you said. I don’t think we will see true V2G through CCS properly from vehicle manufacturers until about 2024.

    Be interesting how it does rapid charge at 100kw.Also does it give a warning if you accelerate hard in power mode with no load on board some early models had software problems.hopefully fixed. But with so few components it should be reliable. So much space under bonnet easy to fix as you can get to everything without there being a dirty big fossil engine. I found charge lead fits under passenger seat very nicely. Would of liked batteries to be made in Europe instead of China but qaulity seems good so must be one of their A factories. Hope you enjoy the peace and quiet and automatic transmission after a long day's work .

    • @MorzakEV
      @MorzakEV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, it’s unbelievably quiet. Much more relaxing to drive after a long day! I haven’t tried it in power mode yet, so I’ll try that to see if I get a warning. I’ll also do a TH-cam short when we rapid charge it which should be in a couple of weeks on a long journey.

      @@MorzakEV just one tiny thing have they sorted the mess around the fuse box on the passenger side glove box early models were a bit thrown together there on UK models and have they given you the PDF user manual some 300pages long so big the server in France can't cope and crashes. @@bernardcharlesworth9860 The fuse box looks neat and tidy on mine - though the test drive one we had from Shrewsbury was pretty bad from memory. Yeah, we did only get the pdf manual, but i don't think i've read a car manual in my life (i'm more of a figure it out myself, or look on youtube kind of person 😆) so that's fine for me.
