So cool MM making video for this. It's so much easier than reading thru instruction or service bulletin. What you think about Honeywell generic controller? They still making them I think...and it suppose to be same as previous controller.

This new West controller is awful it so sensitive to the kitchen environment. Within this year I got 3 trouble called for this controller acting up. It's expensive and my customers not too happy. I'm going back to generic Honeywell controller for all my customers it just doesn't have MM logo.
