I've actually hated on royal mail for years and opted for Hermes for low value items, UPS for higher value and yodel for everything in the middle. I cant get to the post office before they shut at 5 but most other couriers use shops which are open till about 11. I've always found the RM system archaic, but now royal mail are offering free collection on click and drop, with tracking and being as cheap if not cheaper than the others, it's a win win. Finally royal mail have caught up with the times!!

The only snag as I see it .. although I could be wrong .. do I have to take the parcel to my local Royal Mail sorting office, which is several miles from my home, or can I drop it in at the PO ? I suppose I could have asked at any PO, but I've just sold something today on ebay and ralise I've made a mistake regarding postage, so that 50p saving has kicked my brain into action

May I please request if you can create a video on how to pack orders in Royal Mail grey mailbags before handing over to Royal Mail? Can Tracked24 or 48 goes into same bag, similarly 100grams, 250grams or 1KG parcel goes into same Royalmail grey mailbag or separate. Please my question is for Click and Drop business account holders not the old PPI Royal Mail method. Thanking in Advance. Raza

Just drop them in any post box if they’ll fit, if slightly larger drop them in a drop box. You get tracking automatically if you book and pay online at your click’n’drop account.
How much is the additional cost when you select 'signature upon delivery' for Royal Mail 24/48? Also, can you cover how to label bags for business click and drop please! Thank you

I was in the post office today and they said you don't need a manifest anymore. Just print the labels and drop them off. Does that sound right?
