So the meta for going the beast route (unlocking tainted characters) is to skip every item room until you get a planetarium room. Cause on the way up you get the items you left in the item rooms. Even on a floor where you had the blind curse you now see what the item was. It’s really cool and also really helpful if you have rerolls available or sacred orb (which increases the chance quality of an item you can find). Hope it helps! And ofcourse nice vid pipton! I forgot to say, it also shows you the blind items in the items rooms in dross/downpour and ash pit/ mines(you get 2 options but 1 is visible and 1 is a blind option) this is the way you take to defeat mother.

Here are some tips from someone trying to do the unlocks too: 1 - Skip the first treasure room if you can, the item will still be there on the ascent and you get planetarium chances for it (and theres a mod that lets you see that chance which is very useful) 2 - You can use the "Get out of jail" card to open the challenge rooms 3 - Dogmas beam always starts from the same positions so you can just go on diagonal up and down one of its sides to avoid it (takes a bit of practice) 3 - Install a boss bar mod, it lets you see the HP bar of the beast and horseman Otherwise keep it up! It was a great run!
I think lillith has a really fun tainted counterpart if you want to try her at some point Love your videos and seeing you go for unlocks, theres so much to find in this game

Loved the vid pipton, with the external item description mod, you should probably take a little more time to fully read and comprehend how each item and trinket work. Also with the knowledge that the powered up horseman give 2 charges taking the battery trinket would have given you way more sulfur uses, also not sure why the bean wasn’t left to become a red key and keep the rock when you had the book but regardless keep playing BoI!!!!!
