Three million for a fixer in Thunderbird! 😂😂. Yeah I always think the properties in Mission Hills look great for the asking price but yeah, there’s that land lease. Whenever I think something is a great price, there’s almost always a land lease. I think these videos are likely super helpful for people that don’t know the area well and like you said, are looking on Redfin and can’t compare apples to oranges.
