Oh sure. You post this vid AFTER I went grocery shopping earlier this evening..and I bought no peppers. Dang it. I've wanted to make a coulis, so thanks for this! Future plans. Recipe I'd like to see next: How about Gnocchi? I'm half Polish. My Babcia called them Kluski. I have her recipe but have never tried it. As you know it's a simple dumpling with minimal ingredients. Given current times it might be extra inspiring to viewers. It'd be cool to see your take on it.

It had been three weeks since I last shopped for groceries and I had to go...which was 3PM your time. If this vid was up yesterday I totally would have bought peppers. Nice!
