I see a design flaw. Dogs can get good grip and walk up that ramp easily because of the way their nails are curved. Not so much coming down. And that surface is fresh and rough. As it softens with use, they will get even less traction coming down.

I was thinking that too. And if they do slip it's right into a wall. But it is a very lovely doggie room.
