    Being able to control your dreams by becoming lucid is the best thing god gave us. We can actually be happy and not worry about anything when we are there.

      @@Mangoo88facts dude. Ive been (temporarily) horrified of people irl i normally dont think have any malice (like family) on a deeply visceral level because of what they did in the dream.
      I saw my dog die once and that made me stop for a few months. Woke up crying so badly. Even remembering it now hurts and brings tears to my eyes.
      There’s a point where the dreams become vivid but not lucid so you lack the control you’d have of it.
      True lucid dreams are great but those “halfway lucid” states can be so horrifying…

      @@growingoaks exactly. People inderestemate it. Your dream was horrible. It must have been traumatic. I'm sorry that you experienced it. This is exactly the reason why I never explain people how to lucid dream. Cause people have absolutely NO idea about the sides of lucid dreaming

      I always have this happen with nightmares. They are very abstract for me so it's difficult to describe. Sometimes I realize it's a dream but the experience still feels real and frightening.

      @@BrainwaveHz Honestly, nothing special since it was my first time. It only lasted a couple minutes but I managed to get lucid after two months of trying. The only other thing I managed to do was lower the effect of gravity on my body so I could feel like I'm on the moon. I'm definitely gonna keep trying though

    If anyone has Spotify premium but not TH-cam premium like me, this is available on there as well. It’s a 3 hour playlist that you can loop but then you won’t have to worry about Ads interrupting your sleep! I love this track but with TH-cam forcing Ads in videos the switch from calming music to people screaming about an audio book or something else wakes me up. Much love, y’all ❤

      An alternative is using a “youtube to mp3” site or program to download it and you can save it to your phone from there and play it at night. You can also play it thru your computer on a set of speakers😅

      2014 First heartbreak with a girl 2k miles away. Long distance but made it work when we were 17. Was so used to the ambient noise of her room while sleeping on skype calls everynight for years.
      The old video saved my life helping me sleep without her. Thank you.

    This is my new favorite. Seems a lot of the other sleep music is the same 3 or 4 tones over and over. It starts to irritate me then I can't sleep lol. This is very soothing. Had some great dreams too!

    Last night I listened to this and in my dream I was asked to say something. I said “I can’t!” And I heard my voice very faintly in my dream. Surprised in my dream I spoke again “I can’t really.” I realized I was speaking in real life waking myself up partly. So crazy!

    At first there was no advertising. I fell asleep perfectly to a beautiful melody. Now advertising 3-4 times a night interrupts sleep. It is not normal.😓

    Any tips for lucid dreaming? I've been trying for months without a journal and regular practice...but now i am keeping a journal and listening to this sound. my dreams are getting vivid and i can remember them but i can't get into lucid state...pls help me😢

      Reality checks, set a few alarms during the day, that remind you to ask, "Am i dreaming right now", then when you ask yourself that question, follow it up with some more questions like, "do i remember how i got here?, Am i sure this isn't a dream?, How do i know that is isn't a dream". Get used to asking yourself these questions regularly so that they will also come naturally to you when you are in a dream.

      This one also works for me without headphones, i suspect its because we have used this track so many times for lucid dreaming, that our minds have associated this track with dreaming, and it makes it much so much easier to fall into a lucid dream just by hearing the audio.

    I used to lucid dream all the time 8-9 years ago. Now I'm 28 year old and it's been so long that i lucid dream don't know why i can't anymore. Does this sound really work?

      Start by writing down your dreams each morning. Many of us have trained our minds to disregard dreams, signaling to our brains that they’re unimportant. To unlock the magic of lucid dreaming, you need to retrain your mind to remember them. When you recall a lucid dream, it’s indescribable. It doesn’t feel like a dream-you’re remembering an experience. It’s like reliving a memory, just as vivid and real as any other.
      Imagine this: instead of sleeping each night, you spend that time exploring entire lifetimes, traveling through time, and visiting other worlds. Lucid dreaming is an incredible, underappreciated magic in our world, and with a bit of practice, it’s completely within reach.

      Hey @onedirection1028 - you're on the right track! Can I ask where you're at in your lucid dreaming journey and what techniques you're using aside from the music? There are many tips and tricks to help you succeed, but the best approach varies depending on your progress. For instance, I remember when I was about two weeks in, I'd realize I was dreaming, get super excited thinking, "Oh wow, I'm actually doing it!" and then immediately wake up. The thrill can make it hard to stay lucid at first. Like many things, it becomes easier with practice. Let's chat more about it!

      @@BrainwaveHz suree, okay so i have been trying to think about the place I’d like to go to and I’d do reality checks every now and then and sometimes I’d go to sleep while thinking about lucid dreaming and thinking about playing a melody or I’ve been having a dream journal and i must say like a few days ago i had a very vivid dream about lucid dreaming that i was trying it and that was my third time dreaming about lucid dreaming

For beginners, a helpful trick is waking up about 5 hours into sleep, staying up for 10 minutes, and then going back to bed.       I would love too, but everyone knows it so well, it helps them find the video and know it's the right one immeditately. So many of our images and videos are so old I would love to redo them, but then no see's the new versions.

      Really, in over 10 years no one has ever had that happen before. Especially this track isnt as static as the original, as it has the rain effects over it.

    I'm barely able to go lucid when wanted. The problem is I'm not in one that long, or so perceived. Time might not be linear while in one. But my problem is that i believe that I'm having 2 Lucas at same time.
    First lucid I'm aware of it, wake up, and realize waking up in another one. This is where it gets spooky. Get the feeling that's time to force myself up, truly wake up, and it was literally 15 minutes after I went to bed.....that's the spooky part. The time frame.
    Never a nightmare, just a sense that it's time to wake.
    Strange isn't it? Dunno. The 15 minutes after bedtime is strange.
